A well-established financial institution is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to support their Private Equity/Real Estate department. This role, based in Luxembourg, requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, fluency in English and French, and strong knowledge of accounting principles including Lux Gaap and IFRS. Among your responsibilities, you will prepare financial statements, maintain accurate accounting records, and coordinate with clients and auditors.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years minimum experience working as a Fund Accountant within financial services in Luxembourg.
• Experience with accounting principles Lux Gaap and IFRS.
• Minimum 3 years working on alternative investment funds such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt.

• Participate in the calculation and recording of fees.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of accounting records for Luxembourg investment funds.

Kepler Search is currently supporting a well established financial institution in Luxembourg who are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to support them working within their PE / RE department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the bookkeeping and calculation of the NAV's.
• Participate in the calculation and recording of fees.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of accounting records for Luxembourg investment funds.
• Prepare the financial statements for files such as balance sheets and Cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with clients, tax authorities and auditors.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and analyse the activities.

Skills needed

• English and French professionally speaking.
• 5 years minimum experience working as a Fund Accountant within the financial services in Luxembourg.
• Experience with accounting principles Lux Gaap and IFRS.
