A leading healthcare provider in Berlin is seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the development of digital health solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in backend and frontend technologies, solid leadership skills, and fluency in German and English. This role allows you to shape the development process for a growing digital health platform, ensuring quality and innovation while managing a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

We run a Kubernetes-based microservice architecture (on-prem and Azure AKS) with GitOps-driven CI / CD and strict secure SDLC practices.
While we don’t expect expert level knowledge in our entire stack, significant (6+ years) experience and interest in several of the following or related areas is essential :
Fluency in German on a C1 or native level and fluency in English on a B2 level or higher is required.
