Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Erstellung der Monats- Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und US-GAAP die selbstständige Bearbeitung aller Buchhaltungsvorgänge u. a. auch Bildung und Buchung von Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungen Intercompany Abstimmung und Bearbeitung von Kontenklärungen sowie Erstellung von monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen.

GERMAN :

• Eigenständige Erstellung von Monats- Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP sowie der dazugehörenden Berichte einschließlich der Dateneinganbe in das Finanzmanagementsystem
• Generierung automatisierter Rechnungen und Versand an Kunden unter Sicherstellung der Formerfordernisse
• Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Debitoren- Kreditoren- Anlagen- und Hauptbuchhaltung
• Erstellung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung sowie zusammenfassender Meldung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfern
• Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
• Datenaufbereitung und Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken für das Management
• Analyse und Pflege von (General Ledger) Sachkonten sowie Überleitung in die Bilanz
• Vertretung des Chief Accountants

ENGLISH :

• Independent preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and US-GAAP as well as the associated reports including data input into the financial management system
• Generating automated invoices and sending them to customers while ensuring compliance with formal requirements
• Posting of all business transactions in the areas of accounts receivable accounts payable fixed assets and general ledger accounting
• Preparation of advance VAT returns and recapitulative statements
• Cooperation with auditors and tax inspectors
• Collaboration in the further development of processes
• Data preparation and creation of reports and statistics for management
• Analysis and maintenance of (general ledger) accounts and reconciliation to the balance sheet
• Representation of the Chief Accountant

Required Skills and Education

GERMAN :

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / r Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausdbildung mit der Weiterbildung zum / r Bilanzbuchhalter / in
• Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchführung und in der Erstellung von Monats- / Jahresabschlüssen idealerweise von bilanzierungspflichtigen internationalen Unternehmen (mindestens 5 Jahre)
• Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB mit; idealerweise sind Sie auch mit US-GAAP vertraut
• Kenntnisse in der Verbuchung von Löhnen und Gehältern
• Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen wünschenswert
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gewissenhaftigkeit Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative
• ein hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

ENGLISH :
