For our team based in the headquarters in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Senior External Fraud and Security Incident Expert, who has a profound background in both domains and has also strong experience in managing crisis situations. How can you make an impact?

You will :

• Together with our Protection & Resilience experts, you enhance, shape and support the domains of operational resilience and incident / crisis management with a focus on the implementation of preventive and responsive measures related to external fraud, man‑made threats and physical security
• Participate in international projects related to operational resilience and incident / crisis management
• Support Allianz entities to improve their preventive and responsive measures and maturity via guidance and trainings, including conducting crisis unit exercises, community calls and best practice sharing across Allianz Group
• Perform systematic monitoring by leading and executing OE review and self‑assessment tasks
• As the external fraud expert in our Group Operational Resilience team, you will provide expertise and support to OEs around the globe in the implementation of external fraud procedures and conduct fraud investigations, both IT and non‑IT related and support OEs in their own investigations
• Actively foster the sharing and exchange on external fraud‑related topics within the Group, including conducting awareness activities and trainings
• Monitor of incidents and timely reporting to the management and regulator
• Work within and support the Allianz Group Crisis Unit in the event of a crisis situation
• Establish and maintain a governance framework that provides guidance and ensures a globally unified implementation as well as regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with other Group centres, Allianz entities, Allianz Services and Allianz Technology
• Act as back‑up for other Protection & Resilience experts to mitigate key person risk

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational / consulting experience in the operational resilience and security area, i.e. Incident / Crisis Management, Physical Security Management
• Profound experience in investigations (external or internal fraud), law enforcement, military, compliance, corporate security or similar
• At least seven years of hands‑on experience in managing response measures and incident solutions
• Understanding of the business based on practical experience in the core of the financial services operations
• Graduate in Economics, Business, Legal, IT, Risk management or Finance or a comparable education
• Qualified in OSINT; Knowledge of relevant internationals standards, certifications are welcome
• Ability to build strong working relationships in virtual, international and complex team environments
• Strong teamwork ethic, solid interpersonal and listening skills, analytical skills, ability to apply independent judgement, strive for win‑win situations
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills and ability to convey complex information to different stakeholder groups
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high agility and adaptability
• Reliable, highly committed, precise working combined with analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting and facilitating trainings in front of an audience
• Ability to work self‑responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure
• International travel will be required
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, good level of German skills are welcome
• Willingness to participate in the incident monitoring process, also beyond the usual working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
• Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutions
