Responsibilities
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of full-funnel demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer engagement across global markets. This role has a strong focus on Enterprise and ABM-led motion , partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to translate GTM strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You will design and scale multi-channel campaigns across awareness, acquisition, nurture, and expansion—balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution. This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring strong analytical skills, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
- Own and execute full-funnel demand generation strategy with a strong focus on Enterprise and ABM-led programs .
- Design and run multi-channel campaigns aligned to business goals, including new logo acquisition, expansion, and product launches .
- Develop segment- and region-specific approaches (Enterprise vs. SMB; Net New vs. Existing) across EMEA, APAC, and AMS, ensuring alignment with local market needs and cultural nuances.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, -Marketing Ops and Content to translate GTM strategy into high-impact demand programs, taking ownership from concept through execution and optimization.
- Plan and optimize campaigns to engage buying groups and accelerate complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles, showing resilience and adaptability in the face of shifting priorities and market dynamics.
- Test, measure, and optimize assets, channels & messaging across the funnel to drive pipeline quality, velocity, and revenue impact .
- Analyze performance and audience insights to inform ongoing strategy and investment decisions.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across global teams and time zones to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience , with significant exposure to Enterprise and ABM-led full-funnel campaigns .
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing tech stacks (eg. Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase – or similar) and account-centric measurement frameworks; hands‑on experience is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of ICP definition, buying groups, and enterprise buying journeys .
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Creative, strategic thinker who can balance big‑picture planning with hands‑on execution .
- German or French language is a plus.
