Our client, an established fin-tech company and is looking for a Data Scientist (multiple Openings) to join the team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be part of an established digital team and expected to collaborate with fellow Data Scientists and Analysts on a daily basis. Working with passionate and driven professionals requires excellent interpersonal, communication and technical skills.

Your Profile:

• Degree in quantitative economics, computer science, data science, statistics, informatics, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience working on projects that have been successful in analytics, data science, or field consulting for at least three years (or one year for a junior)
• Solid expertise in at least two of the following areas: simulations, optimization, machine learning, and optimization
• Python proficiency and familiarity with SQL are prerequisites
• Aability to comprehend business difficulties and procedures rapidly and convert them into technical models
• Knowledge of Spark and experience running data science applications in cloud systems (ideally Azure / Databricks) are advantages
• German is a plus but not a must have

What youll do:

• Develop creative, data-driven solutions that add real value for clients, suppliers, and coworkers
• Collaborate with others in a team that covers the whole spectrum of data science for fin-tech themes
• Be in charge of using your technical data science knowledge, and serve as a consultant and facilitator for other business units
• Assume control of the project execution process, take charge of ideation, project planning, and solution design and implementation
• Use up-do-date tool stack, and explore the existing data trove and identify and reveal its potentials
• Implement data science pipelines and master their model deployment as well as the life cycle
