A leading charitable technology firm is seeking a French-speaking Senior Customer Success Manager to manage strategic accounts and drive fundraising success. You will advise clients, support onboarding, and utilize your technical expertise to enhance their fundraising strategies. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from the office in Berlin, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the charitable sector while leading initiatives for digital success.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted partnerships that drive measurable success and long‑term satisfaction. You will guide strategic clients in creating and optimising high‑impact digital fundraising strategies while ensuring they get maximum value from RaiseNow’s tools. Your combination of digital customer‑journey expertise and technical know‑how will enable you to make a real difference while contributing to a greater cause.
