We’re looking for a Senior CRM Specialist (with experience implementing Braze) who will lead the technical and operational backbone of our lifecycle marketing. You’ll make sure our campaigns run smoothly end-to-end, drive a successful migration to Braze, and help us build a scalable, data-driven CRM setup.
What You’ll Do 🎯
- Own day-to-day CRM operations in Braze, from campaign setup and QA to launch and monitoring across email, push, and in-app.
- Lead key parts of the Braze migration: decide what to migrate, cut, or redesign, and rebuild journeys with a clear lifecycle focus (activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation).
- Act as the technical go-to in CRM: understand how data flows into Braze, investigate issues when things break, and collaborate with engineering/data to define and fix events and attributes.
- Oversee IP warming and deliverability during migration, tracking performance daily and ensuring a smooth ramp-up.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn insights into experiments that move key lifecycle metrics.
What You’ll Bring 💡
- Hands‑on experience running lifecycle or CRM campaigns end‑to‑end in tools like Braze, including segmentation, journeys, and personalization.
- Strong understanding of data flows and CRM architecture, with experience working closely with engineers and data teams to define events and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience managing multi‑step lifecycle journeys across channels (email, push, in‑app) with a focus on measurable impact.
- Proven ability to use data and experimentation to improve activation, retention, or reactivation performance.
- Bonus: Experience with IP warming, email deliverability, or previous CRM migrations.
