A leading technology company in Germany is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst - Value Engineering. This role involves modeling costs for components and supporting negotiations grounded in cost insights. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-value industries. Reporting to the Cost Programme Manager BWRX-300, the Senior Cost Analyst - Value Engineering is responsible for modeling the cost of components, systems and products.
The role will support commercial negotiations that are grounded with cost data insight as well as support of engineering and manufacturing by illustrating what drives costs seeking to find the best value solutions.
Further, they will be responsible for leading projects that reduce the total cost of the product by working with and across the engineering, manufacturing and sourcing teams.

The base pay range for this position is $108.8K - 181.3K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on December 15, 2025.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
