United Offshore Support GmbH (UOS) is a leading global operator of sophisticated offshore support vessels specializing in the technical, crew and commercial management of high-powered anchor handling tug/supply (AHTS) vessels, large platform supply vessels (PSVs) and subsea vessels working in the offshore energy industry worldwide. We are actively looking for a Senior Controller to join our Team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities in close collaboration with departments such as Engineering, Chartering and Crewing
• Prepare monthly shareholder reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts
• Manage liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring
• Drive process optimization and automation in controlling and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closings in collaboration with accounting
• Prepare financial models, analyses, and presentations for management and shareholder meetings
• Project management
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and profitability assessments for special projects
• Act as a financial sparring partner for internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics, finance, or controlling (or comparable qualification)
• 4–6 years of experience in finance, controlling, or audit/tax consulting
• Ideally experienced in the international shipping industry
• Strong analytical skills and high numerical affinity
• Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft 365)
• Fluent in English and German
