How You Will Create An Impact

• You will support Sales-Teams by conducting discovery meetings and performing client demos.
• You will support technical solution presentations and technical proposals.
• You will define digital solution scope by translating technical and business requirements into user stories.
• You will perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution.
• Proof of value projects will be supported by you. You take over the responsibility of delivering assigned project deliverables.
• You will monitor project KPIs and achievements project milestones.
• You will provide product trainings to the client and be a point-of-entry during hyper-care phase.
• You will provide feedback to product management for continuously improve our software solutions.

About You

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and first professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
• You have the technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, ERP and CRM systems, software integration).
• Well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies is part of your skill set.
• You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
• You understand client needs and communicate appropriately among project stakeholders.
• You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials or other B2B markets are a plus.
• You are fluent in English and German.
