Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streams
Act as a subject matter expert in at least one of the following topics: behavioural based safety; workplace safety; safety culture; process safety management; or culture change
Contribute to our IP and help develop our Operational Risk Management service proposition
Manage projects, clients and teams of consultants autonomously
Bring your expertise to our people, develop them and “own” an area of the ORM portfolio
Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence and/or environmental sustainability
Actively engage with clients through meetings, interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement effective solutions
Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements
Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOS
Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / EHS / Business
You will ideally have 7+ years prior experience in established consulting firms as well as experience gained within industry
You have a deep expertise in either implementing safety culture; behavioural-based safety or process safety management
You will have knowledge in relevant industries or practice areas such as operational excellence/operational risk/safety/Sustainability
Comfortable working as part of Diverse and remote teams of consultants and have a track record of achieving business and client objectives
You are bilingual or fluent in German and English (a third European language is a significant advantage)
You have excellent analytical and formalization skills; quantitative and qualitative analysis
You have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
