Qualifikationen

  • Several years of professional experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience as a (partial) project manager.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy & organization.

Your role
  • Taking on conceptual and operational tasks as (partial) project manager in the areas of organisational strategy, cost-out and workforce transformation
  • Identification of packages of measures and consolidation / reporting in the project management office (PMO)
  • Business case creation and planning plausibility checks
  • Developing and implementing concepts for communication and stakeholder management.
  • As a mentor, you will support the personal and professional development of young colleagues with advice, support and the right career tips, while at the same time your mentor will prepare you for the role of manager.
Your profile
  • You have an excellent university degree and several years of professional experience in a consulting environment, also as a (partial) project manager
  • You think strategically and entrepreneurially - and are 'hands-on' at the same time
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills are your strengths.
  • Your proven expertise covers areas such as HR strategy & organisation and personnel restructuring.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are a team player with interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
