Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany

Your Tasks
  • Consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting/Onboarding), integration with SAP ERP and third‑party systems, data migration, workflow concepts and configurations.
  • Support clients in adopting AI Agents for HR (e.g., recruiting, learning, employee experience), including workshops, training and stakeholder management.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and possibly leading sub‑projects.
Your Skillset
  • Minimum three years’ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (incl. configuration & customizing) and certification in at least one module (Employee Central, etc.) plus project‑management knowledge (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Broad HR tech knowledge: experience with other HCM systems (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP HCM on‑premise) is an advantage and interest / initial experience with AI in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (talent management, payroll, time, recruiting, performance management, German labour law), excellent consulting and communication skills, the ability to translate complex requirements into solutions, and strong German (B2/C1) and English skills.
