Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for technical support of the globally deployed Workday HCM application (focus on Compensation & Advanced Compensation)
- Ensuring TIER2 / 3 support, including reviewing tickets, investigating causes, troubleshooting, and, if necessary, transfer to implementation partner or Workday Support
- Coordination of support and implementation partners, functional process owners and Workday owners, as well as configuration of Compensation & Adv. Compensation processes within the Workday HCM system, including maintenance, release management and testing
- Technical support and advice on mass data changes and data validation (EIBs)
- Technical definition of compensation elements, compensation plans, levels and associated level profiles, as well as creation of compensation eligibility rules
- Planning, co-designing and supporting the global annually recurring compensation process, as well as the associated analysis and error correction
- Support and / or implementation of global projects
- Technical support for system and business process changes in Workday, including planning, design, product governance, upgrades, training and post-implementation, as well as documentation
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics / business informatics with a focus on human resources, IT, business administration or IT-oriented / commercial training with further education in the commercial or IT sector
- Several years of international professional experience with a special focus on cloud HRIS implementations
- In-depth experience in working with SAP HCM (PA / PY) and Workday HCM (HR-Core / Compansation & Adv. Compensation)
- Very good knowledge of HCM data definitions, processes and compensation management
- Knowledge of data protection (especially GDPR) and of how to work with co-determination
- Fluent in German and English
- Responsible personality with a hands-on mentality, strong communication and cooperation skills, and a holistic way of thinking
