Your mission

• Assumption of a central role in the entire lifecycle of our customer projects
• Analyze our customers' business requirements by organizing, conceptualizing, and conducting targeted requirements and innovation workshops
• Create user stories and documentation, as well as define acceptance criteria in close collaboration with customers and developers
• Proactively design solutions with a focus on user experience and the standards of our portfolio products
• Collaborate closely with our software architecture team
• Acquire new customers and expand our existing customer base through experience and innovative ideas
  
  

Your profile

• Degree in business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Relevant consulting experience in the area of consulting for web shops or customer portals, ideally in the SAP CX portfolio (SAP Commerce Cloud)
• Knowledge of modern development methods such as agile development according to Scrum and Kanban
• Process- and solution-orientated approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoy working in a team
• Very good German and very good English skills
