Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients\' top management in developing strategies, concepts, and implementing future-oriented solutions.
• Implementing national and international consulting projects on strategic issues in the automotive industry across the entire value chain in manufacturing companies.
• Designing client-specific concepts, e.g., developing transformation strategies, reorienting production networks, optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, and identifying optimal vertical integration.
• Using innovative, digital consulting approaches and developing tailored change management measures.
• Continuously developing our consulting methods and tools.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on (industrial) engineering
• Several years of professional experience with a leading automotive manufacturer/supplier or a renowned strategy consulting firm
• Knowledge in the areas of strategy development, operational excellence, logistics, and supply chain optimization
