Job Overview:

As a (Senior) Consultant you will spearhead digital/ IT strategy & transformation initiatives. Your strategic insights and advanced digital/ IT acumen will help clients harness the power of technologies to drive organizational success and achieve business objectives through digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

• Formulate comprehensive digital and IT strategies to align with clients' business objectives and technological needs
• Analyze industry trends, technological advancements, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations

Client Engagement & Advisory:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and proposing tailored, innovative solutions
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate and refine strategic initiatives and action plans

Project Leadership & Management:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategy initiatives
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success

Business Analysis & Optimization:

• Conduct thorough business and IT analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Business Development Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand consultancy services
• Contribute to proposal development and contractual negotiations to secure lucrative engagements

Qualifications

Education:
