A leading online marketing firm in Munich is seeking an Amazon Advertising Expert. You'll manage customer campaigns, develop marketing strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a degree in business or related fields, experience in performance marketing, and be fluent in German and English. This role includes a hybrid work model with a focus on work-life balance.
Amazon Advertising - You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in one of the most current and exciting fields in the online marketing universe.
Amazon Expert - You are the expert for your customers on all questions relating to their Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
Customer consulting - You consult your customers and work with them to develop the right strategy and the concept to reach their goals.
Customer communication - During (regular) calls you discuss the individual goals, measures and results with your German & international customers.
Personal responsibility - You identify the To Do’s, prioritise your tasks and structure your work processes independently across all of your customers.
Your opinion is important to us - As an important stakeholder for our product management, you place customer feedback and actively support product development.
You have a degree in business, media or communication sciences.
You have experience in performance marketing, ideally with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, etc.
You enjoy working with customers and have a confident and professional demeanor when dealing with B2B contacts at all levels.
The customer also comes first for you. With passion, your structured way of working and a high degree of initiative, you achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
You impress with your analytical and structured way of working with figures and KPIs. You intuitively succeed in interpreting them and deriving recommendations.
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally MS Power BI.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
You are willing to work in our hybrid model, spending at least three days a week in the office and the rest in your home office.
