Your mission

• Take end-to-end responsibility for shaping the backend roadmap, architecture, and implementation of the platform
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using modern best practices and object-oriented design principles
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver backend functionality aligned with product and business goals
• Identify opportunities for innovation and work closely with key integration partners to expand the products capabilities
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices, mentoring junior engineers and helping define tools and processes

Your profile

• You bring minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment
• You enjoy the challenge of building new products from the ground up, from ideation to deployment
• You take ownership of your work, write testable, reusable code, and ensure smooth feature delivery
• You have strong expertise in Python and designing scalable microservice architectures
• You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and care about clean, production-ready code
• You are fluent in English and confident communicating in a professional tech environment
