Senior Architect Role within Berlin-Based Design Studio

We are delighted to be conducting an urgent search for a Senior Architect to join the dynamic team at an innovative design studio based in Berlin focusing largely on global retail and high‑end fashion related projects. The practice works across a range of creative disciplines including architecture, scenography, virtual environments and entertainment with an already impressive portfolio of outstanding projects, installations, and exhibition architecture.

Their approach to design is rooted in exploration, collaboration, and innovation — combining material sensitivity with digital craftsmanship to create distinctive, forward‑thinking spaces.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for driving design quality, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and consultants, and mentoring junior team members. This is a truly unique opportunity for a hands‑on talented designer with strong technical and conceptual ability to contribute to a studio that values creativity, precision, and collaboration.

To be considered for the role, the following must be exemplified :

• Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent qualification
• 8–12 years of professional experience post‑qualification
• Proven track record in leading and delivering complex architectural projects
• High proficiency in Rhino, V‑Ray (or similar), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Confident leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor others
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Valid EU working visa
