About the Role

Do you want to dive deep into Security Operations while making a real impact for our customers? Then this is the place for you! As part of the Arctic Wolf Customization Journey , you’ll tailor our Security Service to fit each customer’s unique environment.

Here’s what awaits you :

  • Create, don’t just execute : You’ll optimize security solutions so customers truly get the most out of our services.
  • Consulting without the travel stress : You’ll be the go-to person for your customers – as a technical sparring partner, troubleshooter, and idea generator.
  • Hands-on Security : From EDR to Network Detection & Response, firewalls, and cloud systems – you’ll work directly at the critical intersections of security.
  • Full ownership : You manage your work independently, enjoy a high degree of freedom, and apply your expertise where it creates the biggest impact.

What You Bring

  • Passion for Security Operations and enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience with EDR, NDR, firewalls, or cloud environments
  • Analytical thinking combined with a solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in a network / security role or as an IT administrator
  • Fluent in German
