We are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Lead for our DACH region to lead our intermediate & senior Sales Development Representatives. The mission of this role is no less than to help build and run the best‑in‑market outbound sales team.
You will lead our existing team of SDRs in Berlin to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland, enabling Agicap's growth to a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business. The role reports to the Head of Business Development and works closely with our Senior Management Team.
In this role, you will manage an existing team of 6 SDRs and be a key interface to other sales, marketing & customer success functions.
