Do you want to leverage your SAP expertise in a highly responsible key role and help companies shape the future of their Finance and Controlling processes? At SYNTAX, you will take on central responsibility as a Principal/Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant in challenging S/4HANA projects – from strategic advisory to successful go‑live. You will design innovative solutions and shape the digital roadmap of renowned clients.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and delivery of SAP implementations, S/4HANA transitions (Greenfield & Brownfield), and process optimizations.
• Consulting for global Finance and Controlling departments on S/4HANA architectures, NewGL migration, and best practices.
• Conceptual design, architecture, and implementation of solutions based on SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA – both on‑premise and in the cloud.
• Contribution to the further development of our SAP Finance & Controlling portfolio in line with the SYNTAX strategy.
• Professional coaching and development of our consultant team.
• Support in presales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal presentations.
• Guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey – from assessments to go‑live support.
• Harmonization, optimization, and standardization of Finance and Controlling processes using SAP Best Practice.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting.
• Strong expertise in Finance and Management Accounting processes.
• Experience in S/4HANA migrations, especially NewGL migration and Brownfield conversion scenarios.
• Knowledge of related processes in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production, and their integration into value and data flows.
• Technical know‑how in SAP Fiori and SAP Best Practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
