Key Responsibilities

• Deliver support and implementation services across SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
• Work collaboratively within project teams (2–4 consultants depending on project size)
• Engage directly with clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring successful delivery
• Expand your expertise across multiple SF modules
• Access SAP Learning Hub and benefit from ongoing certification support

Role Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of hands‑on experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
• Background: Previous experience working within a Consultancy environment is essential
• Language Skills: Fluency in German to at least C1 level is mandatory (client‑facing role)
• Location: Based in Germany, with the ability to work remotely full‑time
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, client interaction and willingness to learn
