Your Skills

• Primary Skill: SAP FI / CO Finance
• SAP CO Product Cost Controlling – deep expertise in Product Costing, Material Ledger, and related SAP CO areas
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP FI / CO with a strong focus on business-facing roles
• Proven experience leading requirements discussions, building business process flows, and implementing SAP S / 4HANA solutions
• Experience guiding businesses to simplify processes or justify customizations with strong analytical and business insight
• Experience leading offshore teams and coordinating deliverables across geographies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
• Willingness to work in a global, multi-country project environment

Your Tasks

• Serve as an Expert for business controllers, leading workshops and discussions on business requirements
• Design, build, and test solutions in SAP S / 4HANA for global operations
• Lead process simplification initiatives and guide the business in justifying customizations with clear evidence and business need
• Collaborate with offshore team members in India to ensure completion of deliverables including functional design, test scripts, and training documentation
• Analyze and implement Product Costing processes in SAP CO
• Configure and support Intercompany Profit Elimination, Transfer Pricing, Cost Center Accounting, Group Costing, and Material Ledger
• Document and validate business processes, functional designs, and test results
• Support business stakeholders during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide guidance on process adoption
