You will be responsible for leading SAP DMC projects, analysing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or process industries).
• Fluent in English, German speaking is also preferable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC) or SAP ME / MII project workstreams.
• Drive solution architecture for manufacturing execution.
• Analyse manufacturing processes and translate requirements into SAP DMC solutions.
• Configure SAP DMC modules.
• Integrate DMC with S / 4HANA and external systems.
• Support interface design including OPC-UA and REST services.
• Produce functional specs, test plans and documentation.
• Support end-to-end testing and UAT.

Kenntnisse

Strong experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)

Proven track record of delivering MES / Digital Manufacturing projects

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes

Experience integrating shop-floor equipment and OT systems

Knowledge of S / 4HANA manufacturing modules

We are assisting a German business seeking an SAP DM Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC) or SAP ME / MII project workstreams from design to go-live
• Drive solution architecture for manufacturing execution, shopfloor integration and digital operations
• Analyse manufacturing processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP DMC / ME solutions
• Configure SAP DMC modules such as DMC-ME, DMC-PE, DMC-QM, DMC-Insights
• Integrate DMC with S / 4HANA, EWM, PP / PI, QM, and external MES / OT systems
• Support interface design including OPC-UA, SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo), OData APIs and REST services
• Produce functional specs, test plans and solution documentation
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT and hypercare
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineers, automation engineers and SAP technical leads

Experience required

• Strong experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), SAP ME, or SAP MII
• Proven track record of delivering MES / Digital Manufacturing projects within manufacturing environments
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or process industries)
• Experience integrating shop-floor equipment and OT systems
• Knowledge of S / 4HANA manufacturing modules (PP, PP / PI, QM, EWM)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, traceability, and shopfloor workflows
• Ability to create functional specifications and work closely with developers
• Fluent in English, German speaking is also preferable
