Job Description

As an SAP HCM for S / 4HANA Expert , you will use your strong SAP HCM background to support clients on their journey toward S / 4HANA. You will help define future-ready HR architectures, advise on migration strategies, and assess different implementation approaches such as Brownfield, Greenfield, and Compatibility Mode. Your work will span both strategic advisory and hands‑on delivery within complex transformation initiatives.

What You Can Expect

• Providing advisory and delivery support for SAP HCM transformation programs transitioning to S / 4HANA
• Evaluating solution options such as SAP HCM for S / 4, Compatibility Packs, or hybrid SuccessFactors models
• Depending on your experience : leading project workstreams or contributing to HR / IT architecture design
• Collaborating closely with SuccessFactors experts to build integrated HR solutions
• Optionally supporting proposal work, RfPs, and solution design for new opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong SAP ECC HCM experience, with deep expertise in at least one of the following :
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Payroll (PY)
  • Time Management (PT)
• Interest in or experience with SAP HCM for S / 4HANA (a strong plus, but not required)
• Enjoy working in complex HR IT landscapes and advising clients through transformation
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams
• Fluency in either German or English
• A structured work style and commitment to delivering high‑quality results
