A leading manufacturing company in Heidelberg is looking for a Freelance SAP CO-PC Consultant who is German speaking to join their team for a crucial S/4HANA transformation project. This role involves expert consultancy in Product Costing, defining costing schemes, and collaborative support of Material Ledger discussions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with S/4HANA or ECC projects, fluent in both German and English. The position offers a hybrid working model with onsite presence every second week in Saarland.

Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in Make-to-Stock, Material Ledger, and group valuation.
• Ability to manage customer-facing discussions.

Freelance SAP CO-PC Consultant – German Speaking

Join a leading German manufacturing company at a pivotal stage of their S/4HANA transformation. This is a chance to contribute to one of the most technically interesting projects in the market – merging three ECC systems into one S/4 system – and to work alongside a highly experienced controlling team.

Start date: ASAP
End date: 31 December 2026
Location: Hybrid – every second week onsite in Saarland, Germany
Utilisation: 3.5 days per week
Languages: German and English

What you can expect

• YOU provide expert consultancy in controlling, with a focus on Product Costing in MTS and MTO scenarios
• YOU define and design element and costing schemes
• YOU create functional and technical concepts and guide implementation in SAP
• YOU support Material Ledger discussions and configuration, including group valuation and inventory valuation
• YOU replace custom programmes with SAP standard or new structured developments
• YOU collaborate closely with other CO experts in a strong, well‑structured project team
