Qualifikationen

• Several years’ experience in SAP data archiving and ILM.
• Strong knowledge of ArchiveLink and external archive connections.
• Familiarity with GDPR / GoBD / HGB / AO requirements.
• Basic ABAP skills for analysing / adapting archiving processes.
• Good understanding of DMS / ECM interfaces and database / storage management.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.

You’ll take responsibility for SAP archiving projects, including :

• Designing and implementing archiving concepts
• Configuring SAP data archiving and ensuring compliance (GDPR, audits, retention periods)
• Managing SAP ArchiveLink, ILM, and DMS / ECM integrations
• Defining custom archiving objects and adapting existing ones
• Setting up automated archiving and documenting processes

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in SAP data archiving and ILM
• Strong knowledge of ArchiveLink and external archive connections
• Familiarity with GDPR / GoBD / HGB / AO requirements
• Basic ABAP skills for analysing / adapting archiving processes
• Good understanding of DMS / ECM interfaces and database / storage management
