Overview

The Central Europe Sales Training Team is seeking a “Sales & Delivery Trainer” to develop sharp, meaningful, and engaging learning experiences for the Central Europe Sales & Delivery teams. The Sales & Delivery Trainer will play a key role growing our teams by regularly conducting onboardings for our Sales & Delivery new hires across all markets.

The individual is able to quickly grasp local priorities, craft a clear, concise, and targeted message and partner with our local stakeholders to deliver the required educational material to drive forward the Learning & Development agenda. This role will be on the forefront of creating varied multimedia training content across a range of Sales & Delivery focused learning initiatives to support the development of customer-facing team members, will own training projects, and will partner closely with the Central Europe Sales Training team to ensure that key priorities are efficiently localized and communicated to the field.

This will include video content, systems training, guides, live training content and Web Development (Sharepoint, Yammer). This role will work closely with the Central Europe Sales Training Manager, Sales & Delivery Trainers, and various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective and customized content.

This role will partner strategically with multiple teams to ensure a streamlined feedback loop between the central leadership team and the field which enables continued improvements to performance. Tesla changes constantly, which means that we are looking for someone who can adapt, and flex as needed to deliver great content to our audience, when they need it and in the right format. Ideally, we want someone who is a tech-minded, yet able to convey complex messages in simple forms. We are looking for a great communicator who is passionate about helping others.

What You\'ll Do
  • You remain on the forefront of developing the appropriate training, talking points, and resources to allow for the excellent rollout of any major changes across the region (product changes, workflows, content, etc.)
  • You create course outlines, objectives, and scripts that meet learning objectives in a learner-optimized fashion
  • You partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify course goals, target audience, and learning objectives
  • You host (high frequency) virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions for learners on systems and skills.
  • You coach sales teams on-site through partnering with local Management
  • You act as a role-model and multiplicator in market to drive the Tesla Mission and change
  • You collaborate with your peers to optimize knowledge transfer and capture best practices from the markets
