Your job
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department and Sales Managers
  • Manage and maintain accurate pricing, rates, and conditions across all systems, properties, markets, and sales channels, identifying and correcting any related errors in data, availability, or contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, and internal files
  • Provide accurate sales data, reports, and information to internal stakeholders
  • Assist customers and sales partners with pricing, booking-related questions, and basic inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer or partner issues efficiently
  • contribute to improving back-office processes
Your profile
  • 2 years of experience in sales support, back-office, commercial operations, or similar roles
  • Experience handling pricing, data entry, or customer support is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages are a plus
