What you will be doing
  • You actively prospect and acquire new customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media outreach
  • You conduct in-depth product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of homify Online's solutions
  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • You achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • You take initiative, demonstrate a proactive approach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You adapt to changes and implement new strategies to meet evolving business needs

More about you
  • You bring sales experience with a proven track record of success in remote and online B2B sales, preferably in the home and living industry
  • You bring an in-depth understanding of marketing products, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical and technical audiences
  • You bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Italian, and English, as it is our company language.
  • You have a customer-centric and a consultative sales approach. You have a strong customer focus and the ability to maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • You know how to negotiate and close deals. You’re confident in handling objections and finding mutually beneficial solutions
  • You are comfortable using various sales and communication tools, CRM systems, Canva, Google Suite and other relevant technologies
