A leading software investment firm is seeking a Sales & Marketing Business Partner to enhance the sales efforts of its portfolio companies across Europe. The role requires strong leadership in demand generation and sales operations and familiarity with various marketing tools. Candidates should have experience in small to mid-sized B2B software environments and be fluent in both English and German. This position is flexible, ideally based in Germany or the UK.

Role: Sales & Marketing Business Partner (Europe)
Location: Ideally Munich, London or Amsterdam (proximity to a major international airport required due to travel requirements)

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Business Partner (Europe) to support portfolio companies across the DACH region and the Rest of Europe. This role works closely with CEOs, founders, and commercial leaders to materially improve demand generation, go‑to‑market execution, and sales effectiveness. It has a direct tie into our global organisation in North America where this role works closely with the Global Sales and Marketing Business Partner.
This is a hands‑on, operator‑led role, not a strategy‑only position. The successful candidate will engage deeply with portfolio teams, operate within real‑world resource constraints, and help organizations move quickly from inconsistent or underperforming commercial execution to scalable, repeatable, and high‑impact sales and marketing operations.
