Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and consulting efforts for unified communications / team solutions, focusing on new customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis, provide informed advice, deliver product presentations, and prepare tailored offers, contributing to effective project planning and implementation in the unified communications / team solutions domain
  • Drive process optimization, and strategic sales expansion, and manage administrative and pre-sales tasks, ensuring enhanced customer services and seamless integration of media technology
