Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales performance through collaborative, empathetic leadership.
  2. Inspire, connect, and communicate effectively, recognizing success and motivating teams.
  3. Develop Account Executives (AEs) through coaching and accountability.
  4. Implement performance management, empower teams, and develop customer-centric strategies.
  5. Enhance communication and collaboration within the team.
  6. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain an engaged salesforce.
  7. Support early potential, shape win strategies, and execute close plans.
  8. Deliver team bookings and productivity, driving year-over-year revenue growth.
  9. Develop and coach teams to increase productivity.
  10. Maintain high standards of operation and compliance with sales governance.
  11. Ensure accuracy in sales disciplines, including forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
  12. Demonstrate recent and relevant sales management experience, leading direct or virtual teams successfully.
  13. Have experience in a technology customer-facing environment supporting complex solutions.
  14. Identify common needs and issues across the organization.
  15. Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  16. Manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building internally and with customers.
