Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance through collaborative, empathetic leadership.

- Develop Account Executives (AEs) through coaching and accountability.
- Implement performance management, empower teams, and develop customer-centric strategies.
- Enhance communication and collaboration within the team.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain an engaged salesforce.
- Support early potential, shape win strategies, and execute close plans.
- Deliver team bookings and productivity, driving year-over-year revenue growth.
- Develop and coach teams to increase productivity.
- Maintain high standards of operation and compliance with sales governance.
- Ensure accuracy in sales disciplines, including forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate recent and relevant sales management experience, leading direct or virtual teams successfully.
- Have experience in a technology customer-facing environment supporting complex solutions.
- Identify common needs and issues across the organization.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building internally and with customers.
- Exhibit a positive outlook, strong leadership, and a growth mindset.
