To strengthen our Plywood sales team in Hamburg we are looking for a Sales Manager (m / f / d) for the German and Austrian markets. You will be responsible for developing existing and new accounts, providing technical support and conducting operative sales.
Manage a structured sales approach to designated accounts together with the Area Sales Director
Implement a commercial sales strategy
Operative sales and after-sales
Provide technical support for different end-use applications
Pricing and profitability control
Participate in the creation, implementation and follow-up of business and customer plans
You have a bachelor's or master'sdegree in a relevant field such as wood science and technology, marketing, business administration, or an equivalent professional qualification
You have at least 3 years of experience in plywood business and / or constructions and wood products distribution business
You can build strong relationships with customers, and you have excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
You have a proven track record in sales
You have broad commercial understanding and sales process knowledge
You are self-motivated and self-disciplined
You have good language skills in German and English
