A growing lighting brand is seeking a Sales professional to drive new sales and expand customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have field sales experience, a proven track record in the lighting or home décor industry, and a strong network within French retail sectors. This role includes travel within France and offers attractive benefits including a company car and 30 vacation days.

Your mission


  • You drive new sales and ensure the continued growth of existing customer accounts

  • You establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant market stakeholders

  • You maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service standards

  • You build Maytoni’s brand presence by creating a strong commercial network and identifying new business opportunities

  • You work closely with the Sales Director to align local strategies with global objectives


Your profile


  • You have professional experience in field sales, especially in the acquisition of new customers

  • You have proven track record in sales management within the lighting, design, or home décor industry (B2B focus)

  • Strong network within the French retail or wholesale or interior design sectors or architectural industries

  • You are willing to travel extensively within France and occasionally internationally
