A prominent automotive technology company based in Wolfsburg, Germany is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business growth and manage existing customer relations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in economics or industrial engineering, possess strong financial and negotiation skills, and be fluent in both English and German. This role includes responsibilities such as leading price negotiations, executing market analysis, and developing strategic relationships with OEMs. The position offers attractive benefits including a flexible work environment and substantial vacation time.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, as well as the growth and value creation of existing customers. You will be responsible for contributing to the commercial aspects of identifying, quoting, and winning new business while expanding the scope of opportunities within the customer portfolio. You will also contribute to critical sales elements—including, but not limited to, account strategy, pricing management, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the sales cycle.
