Sales Manager / Account Manager Fluoropolymers DACH / BENELUX (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Manage accounts for Fluoropolymer customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Benelux.
- Lead sales in segments such as Battery, Coating & Architectural Coating, Membrane, Chemical Processing Industry (partially with Senior Account Manager DACH), and Distribution.
- Handle distribution channels in the DACH region with Dolder-Bigler.
- Propose and commit to yearly budget figures to the EMEA Sales Director and Market Managers.
- Achieve sales targets in volume, pricing, and cash collection.
- Forecast sales in coordination with the sales assistant.
- Negotiate and execute annual sales contracts with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with Market and Business Development Managers to identify and develop new market segments and homologate products.
- Coordinate with the Kynar team internationally for global accounts and establish supply contracts.
- Support marketing and communication activities, including publications, exhibitions, and end-use selling.
- Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internally across departments such as Business, R&D, and Manufacturing.
- Negotiation and organizational skills, with a business and engineering background and a strong willingness to pursue sales.
- Knowledge of polymer chemistry and a willingness to learn more, with a good understanding of technical and polymer processing.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish contacts, and dynamism. Fluent in German and English.
