A prominent technology company in Munich is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the success of their specific region with a focus on data-based sales strategies. This role involves generating new business, managing customer experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS/Data, combined with a strong education background. The position operates in a hybrid model requiring office presence at least three days a week.
As a Sales Manager, you are accountable for achieving the business success of a specific region or vertical, overseeing the performance of the Spire space‑based data portfolio. You will build and nurture partnerships with prospects, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a superior customer experience that continuously raises the bar for service and advocacy.
Spire operates a hybrid work model and requires this position to be based in the office at least three days per week.
Access to US export‑controlled software and/or technology may be required. If needed, Spire will arrange the necessary licenses; candidates need not bring them prior to applying.
