Overview

Associate Manager, Corporate Sales Development (DACH) - German Speaking at Workday. This role is part of the Corporate Sales Development team supporting the Workday suite in EMEA, reporting to the DACH Head of Corporate Sales Development in the global Sales Operations organization.

Responsibilities
  • Initially be responsible for a region in EMEA; growth into broader sales roles or other Europe areas over time.
  • Develop and manage a prospect pipeline through outbound prospecting and engaging business executives.
  • Coach and mentor team members; operate in a player/coach capacity.
  • Collaborate with remote stakeholders across teams and countries.
  • Apply Workday Sales methodology and participate in training; work with manager on personal development.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience in a Sales Manager role with leadership responsibilities
  • Fluency in German and English; French a plus
  • Recent experience developing prospect pipelines via outbound prospecting; engaging executives
  • Experience building and maintaining remote relationships across teams and countries
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong account management; analytical
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, highly analytical
  • Knowledge of Salesforce; knowledge of Outreach, Gong, Tableau a plus
  • Willingness to travel
