About This Position

As we continue to scale across Germany and Europe, we are seeking a veteran Sales Executive - Revenue to drive our high-value market share. Unlike our expansion roles that open new territories and scale our customer base in existing markets with hyper growth, you will be the strategic hunter focused on securing our "Big Fish"—the top 20%–30% of restaurant partners that define the culinary landscape.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for a seasoned professional with a massive network. You will provide the revenue engine for the team, ensuring that allO establishes a dominant presence among industry leaders with high quality and speed.

Job Requirements

Your Profile | What you should bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in gastronomy sales with a proven, strong network of industry contacts.
  • Quality Focus: You prioritize the quality of the partner over the quantity of leads, focusing on high-impact revenue targets.
  • Mobility: You are comfortable traveling 30%–50% of the time to meet with key stakeholders at their locations.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German and English is required. Any other language is a huge plus.
  • Efficiency: You are driven by KPIs and are focused on optimizing the sales funnel for high-value conversions.
  • Location: You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Munich or Berlin.

  • High-Value Hunting: Identify and secure the top-tier restaurant groups and high-volume partners that represent the core of our revenue growth.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Build, document, and constantly iterate on sophisticated sales strategies for enterprise-level partners.
  • Relationship Management: Leverage your existing network to own the preparation and management of high-stakes sales contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Onboarding Orchestration: Support the initial administrative aspects of restaurant onboarding—in partnership with the onboarding team—to ensure our largest partners are integrated seamlessly.
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as a detail-oriented guardian of our brand reputation among industry elites, ensuring all partnerships are maintained to the highest standard.
