Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in satellite communications, SaaS, and SASE, coupled with excellent sales and customer relationship skills. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support, and solutions to our clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for satellite managed services with a focus on SaaS and SASE.
  2. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  3. Develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging our SaaS and SASE offerings.
  4. Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating proposals, and conducting feasibility studies.
  5. Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.
  7. Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing materials to promote our satellite managed services.
  8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our solutions.
