Overview
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in equipping Searoutes' sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales enablement content, playbooks, and training materials
- Ensure the sales team can clearly articulate Searoutes' value proposition
- Support sales representatives in navigating complex client conversations
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align messaging and strategies
- Translate industry pain points (e.g., Scope 3 emissions tracking, route optimization) into compelling solution narratives
- Create and maintain knowledge-sharing processes across the sales team
- Utilize enablement processes and resources directly to support sales opportunities where required
- Provide feedback loops from sales to marketing and product teams to continuously improve content, messaging, and tools
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in business process management
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or sustainability sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics dashboards
