A global battery technology leader is looking for a Sales Director for Commercial Vehicles in Hanover, Germany. This role focuses on defining and executing strategies to enhance commercial excellence across OEM and OES business in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, drive growth, and oversee pricing strategies, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. A Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry are required.

As Sales Director Commercial Vehicles (m / f / d) you will play a key role in defining and executing strategic plans to drive commercial excellence across Clarios OEM and OES business in the EMEA region and this role you will lead the development and implementation of regional and global commercial vehicle strategies ensuring alignment with the broader business vision.
You will shape customer product portfolio expansion planning and innovation with a focus on increasing content per vehicle driving business growth and optimizing pricing and profitability. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will ensure successful execution of these strategies while strengthening customer relationships and delivering exceptional satisfaction. Your work will have a direct impact on Clarios market presence customer success and sustainable growth in the Commercial Vehicles segment.
The position will be based in our EMEA Headquarters location in Hanover Germany.
