Your Responsibilities

Leadership & Motivation

  • Lead and inspire sales teams across Germany, France, and export markets
  • Foster a high‑performance culture and implement training initiatives

International Collaboration

  • Work closely with subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, and Italy to develop joint strategies
  • Support and coordinate international projects

Key Account Management & Business Development

  • Drive relationships with key clients and represent the company at global trade fairs
  • Identify and develop new markets, products, and applications

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor performance, prepare structured reports, and ensure revenue and profit targets
  • Design pricing and contract strategies to optimise margins

  • Confident, professional, and customer‑focused
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development
  • Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution and problem‑solving skills
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
