As a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d), you will play a key role in new customer acquisition and act as the first point of contact for potential clients. In your role, you will identify new business opportunities, lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships, and take charge of the initial phase of the sales process. Your creativity, persistence, and discipline will be crucial in developing innovative acquisition strategies and establishing sustainable connections.
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and/or consulting, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector
- A degree in business or a related field is advantageous
- You have a proven track record of sales success and a solution-oriented, process-driven mindset
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- You are persistent and goal-oriented, able to stay focused even in challenging situations
- You are familiar with modern CRM tools and use them efficiently
- You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- You will identify potential new customers and key decision-makers, laying the groundwork for our sales success
- With creativity and empathy, you will build valuable relationships via phone, email, and social media, exploring new acquisition channels and strategies
- You will generate excitement for our vision and arrange meetings with executives and decision-makers from top companies in the DACH region
- You will qualify leads from various marketing channels and identify promising sales opportunities
- You will quickly recognize the needs of leads and find tailored solutions for them
- You will schedule demo appointments and calls between potential clients and our Account Executives
- You will work closely with the entire Sales Team and provide regular updates on your progress
- You will efficiently manage your workflow using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
