The role involves generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting market research. Qualifikationen

We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving a broad selection of in-stock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment.

With more than 35 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries (9 in Europe and 3 overseas). We employ over 1500 people and ship over 5000 parcels daily to over 150 countries from our logistic centers in Poland.

Responsibilities
  • Generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research
  • Analysis and qualification of leads
  • Active outreach on all channels
  • Travel to meet customers: present the company and products, identify customer needs and opportunities to start or increase cooperation
  • Establish, maintain and improve customer relations
  • Report and maintenance of acquired information in CRM
  • Close cooperation with the sales department
  • Representing the company during fairs and events
  • Market research and reporting to sales management
What do we expect?
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales development or account management
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in independent sourcing of leads
  • Basic technical knowledge and understanding
  • Good experience with usage of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Good experience with presentation of products in personal and digital meetings
  • Completed professional training or academic studies
  • German native speaker or C2, English B2 or better
  • Driving license B

Do you help to build a lasting customer relationship through excellent service and suitable processing of orders, quotations and claims? Do you work in a small and informal team, within an international environment? Then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market
  • Processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes and claims
  • Providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls)
  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products
  • Analyzing the market's needs and requirements
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets
  • Generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives
  • Administration and other office work
Qualifications
  • MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related)
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software
  • Customer orientation
  • Strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Responsibility and self-discipline
  • Experience in administration/secretary tasks
