Position Details

• Role: Content Moderator
• Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
• Start Date: December 4th (training included)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week rotating shifts (24/7)
• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess user-generated content based on internal policies and community guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with platform standards and report any content that violates policies.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in moderation decisions.
• Work effectively in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
• Good stress management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience required full training provided!

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,000euro x 14 months
• Performance Bonus: 100euro x 11 months
• Shift Bonuses: Extra pay for night and weekend shifts
• Meal Voucher: Included, 8euro per day
• Fully furnished room with utilities and cleaning services
